    If you’re encountering installer or game issues, you’ve come to the right place! Please review the common issues below to find out if your problem is easily solvable.

    * Installer says “Checking download” and then exits
    The installer uses the Adobe AIR Framework, so it may help to install AIR first and then run the game installer again.

    * Game says my graphics card can’t handle large textures
    Some older graphics cards may not be able to support all of Aeon Rival’s features, but you can try to update your graphics card drivers. Windows users can find their graphics card manufacturer by right-clicking “My Computer” and then selecting Properties -> Device Manager -> Display Adapters and locating the graphics card section.     Windows users may also be able to improve performance by updating their DirectX version:
